Projets hybris operates at the intersection of the performing and visual arts, conceiving works that borrow in turn from the fields of theatre, music, performance, installation, militant activism, and cultural mediation. Through an aesthetic exploration of collage and accumulation, the group challenges the dogmatism of performance: it blurs the distinction between actor and public and calls on its active participation, or rejects the fixity of theatrical representation in favour of projects with multi-faceted incarnations.
