Desmet, esse no 81, p. 132). Comme le souligne Christophe Domino dans Re : \u00ab il pense artistiquement et pas discursivement \u00bb. Une photographie dans un caisson lumineux (bien avant Jeff Wall) et des polaro\u00efds de voyages au Canada et aux \u00c9tats-Unis font sentir \u00e0 quel point, chez lui, r\u00e9flexion et perception sont li\u00e9es. Une affiche de 1969 \u00e9voque la N.E. Thing Co., structure qui, en parodiant celle de l\u2019entreprise, inaugurait avec humour une r\u00e9flexion critique sur la sp\u00e9cificit\u00e9 du travail artistique. Une vitrine est consacr\u00e9e au catalogue de l\u2019exposition Celebration of the Body, organis\u00e9e par Baxter et sa femme, Ingrid, en 1976, ann\u00e9e des Jeux olympiques de Montr\u00e9al. Des planches issues de cette \u00e9dition compos\u00e9e par les artistes donnent \u00e0 voir des corps dans une multiplicit\u00e9 de contextes, artistiques ou non : femme nue sign\u00e9e P. Photo&nbsp;: permission de la Galerie Nivet-Carzon, Paris<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>Quant \u00e0 l\u2019ouvrage dirig\u00e9 par Fabien Pinaroli qui fait pendant \u00e0 l\u2019exposition, il reprend sous forme de livre des lectures-performances organis\u00e9es en 2012 \u00e0 Londres, qui elles-m\u00eames reprenaient l\u2019exposition <em>Celebration of the Body<\/em>. Dans cette cascade de \u00ab re \u00bb, reprises et retranscriptions parfois tr\u00e8s astucieuses (surimpressions, passages biff\u00e9s) des performances, l\u2019ouvrage propose une r\u00e9flexion sur l\u2019acte m\u00eame de reprendre, comme d\u00e9placement et moyen d\u2019\u00e9chapper \u00e0 la r\u00e9ification. Par exemple, les premi\u00e8res pages affichent un texte de Foucault photocopi\u00e9, dans lequel le philosophe refuse la r\u00e9\u00e9criture d\u2019une pr\u00e9face d\u2019un de ses livres, \u00e0 cause de l\u2019effet autoritaire que cela produit sur la lecture. Ce choix \u00e9ditorial ne fait-il pas remarquablement \u00e9cho \u00e0 la performance <em>Press-Release<\/em>, r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Baxter&amp; devant une assembl\u00e9e de critiques d\u2019art en 1970 ?
