L\u2019exp\u00e9rience est plus tactile que visuelle, elle touche autant au macroscopique \u2013 le mouvement des mar\u00e9es \u2013 qu\u2019au microscopique \u2013 l\u2019intestin des vers.<\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019exposition <em>\u00c9PIDERME<\/em> de Myriam Mihindou \u00e0 La Verri\u00e8re se pr\u00e9sente \u00e9galement comme une travers\u00e9e o\u00f9 le visuel est singuli\u00e8rement mis de c\u00f4t\u00e9 au profit d\u2019une exploration sensorielle mettant en jeu aussi bien des micror\u00e9cits que d\u2019autres histoires plus communes. Concluant le dernier cycle d\u2019expositions de Guillaume D\u00e9sanges \u00e0 la fondation bruxelloise, \u00ab&nbsp;Mati\u00e8res \u00e0 panser&nbsp;\u00bb, cette pr\u00e9sentation monographique valorise plus particuli\u00e8rement le travail textile de l\u2019artiste franco-gabonaise \u00e0 travers des pi\u00e8ces produites pour l\u2019occasion. Dans la grande salle de La Verri\u00e8re, sur une estrade basse en bois clair, nous sommes invit\u00e9\u00b7e\u00b7s \u00e0 nous d\u00e9chausser avant de d\u00e9couvrir, d\u2019abord en marchant dessus, une s\u00e9rie de huit grandes \u0153uvres en draps anciens l\u00e9g\u00e8rement teints rembourr\u00e9s au sable, les <em>Organes textiles<\/em>. Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 d\u2019un triptyque issu d\u2019une des s\u00e9ries photographiques les plus connues de Mihindou, les <em>Sculptures de chair<\/em> (1999-2000). Nous y voyons les mains de l\u2019artiste recouvertes d\u2019une couche de kaolin r\u00e9confortant et piqu\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9pingles \u00e0 leurs extr\u00e9mit\u00e9s, l\u00e0 o\u00f9 la peau est la plus fine et la plus susceptible d\u2019\u00eatre transperc\u00e9e sans l\u00e9sion. Outre le rappel de la fluidit\u00e9 du sable et des mar\u00e9es dans cette s\u00e9rie, d\u2019autres installations murales \u00e9voquent un univers humide o\u00f9 les flux naturels sont confront\u00e9s \u00e0 ceux du corps. Des papiers de soie teints au th\u00e9, \u00e0 la rouille ou \u00e0 la fleur d\u2019hibiscus incarnent l\u2019impr\u00e9gnation que l\u2019artiste appelle de ses v\u0153ux, une fa\u00e7on peut-\u00eatre de faire corps avec le monde. Des mots, \u00e9crits directement sur le mur ou le papier, se veulent de v\u00e9ritables incantations&nbsp;: l\u2019un d\u2019eux, <em>Argyroneta aquatica<\/em>, nom latin d\u2019une araign\u00e9e capable de vivre sous l\u2019eau gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une cloche d\u2019air qui l\u2019entoure, est sans doute une m\u00e9taphore id\u00e9ale de la situation des corps en cette \u00e9poque postpand\u00e9mique. Alors m\u00eame que nos vies devenaient de plus en plus d\u00e9mat\u00e9rialis\u00e9es et transparentes, nous nous rendions compte que la vue n\u2019\u00e9tait pas le sens qui nous manquait le plus pendant les \u00e9pisodes d\u2019\u00e9loignement physique. Ici, il faut accepter de prendre le temps de s\u2019assoir, voire s\u2019allonger, de discuter ou de demeurer en silence.
