The object proposes a melancholy and obsolete show biz representation. Its figurative aspect opens up a space for the mental \u00adprojection of a performance or concert that, however, will not take place. Therefore, a sort of suspended fiction surrounds the object. Marjolaine Bourdua has presented her audio works and performances, and participated in group shows (Le Dojo, Radio Grenouille, Euphonia, Galerie de l\u2019Ancien Coll\u00e8ge des J\u00e9suites in Rheims, Centre d\u2019art Amherst, Galerie Verticale, Maison des arts de Laval, Praxis art actuel, etc.). She holds a B.A. from the \u00c9cole des arts visuels et m\u00e9diatiques of UQAM, as well as a Dipl\u00f4me d\u2019\u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures from Villa Arson in Nice. She currently lives in Montreal where she pursues her visual and audio research into pop culture.<\/p>\n
