Dans une communaut\u00e9 idyllique, utopique, il y aurait une langue internationale, commune, pour faciliter la compr\u00e9hension entre les peuples et promouvoir un dialogue culturel plus \u00e9galitaire. \u00c0 d\u00e9faut d\u2019esp\u00e9ranto, vivement la langue des signes! Cette s\u00e9rie photographique, bas\u00e9e sur un texte de Michel Lefebvre et r\u00e9alis\u00e9e dans la ville de Poznan, en Pologne, pour le festival interdisciplinaire Inner Spaces 2003,<\/em> repose sur cette probl\u00e9matique du langage et de la communication, exacerb\u00e9e dans une ville \u00e9trang\u00e8re. Quand les mots ne signifient plus, les symboles prennent un sens autrement important. Avec humour, ces constructions photographiques s\u2019int\u00e9ressent aux codes universels des panneaux de signalisation en les d\u00e9tournant de leur contexte initial et en travestissant les mots qui leur sont associ\u00e9s.
